    Good for it's price

    I used same tool by Beta tools and its better then this one. withe the beta you need only 2 squeezes per revet and here you need 3. The Beta cost much more. any way, Its way over for home users.

    Not up to rated rivet size as advertised.

    This product is an example of the 'hit and miss' situation that applies to most Chinese copies of things mechanical or electrical. Some may do what is intended, satisfactorily for the price paid and some fail on first use. For me this tool was the latter. A crucial part snapped on using the first rivet. Fair enough it was a 6mm rivet and perhaps the tool can handle much smaller rivets, but it was advertised as 6.4mm capable and had a nozzle this size, so was not being used at maximum rating. My assessment of the shortcoming is the bore drilled in the mandrel in relation to the depth of outer thread cut, only leaves a few thou of material left and if therefore too weak.

    Useless 'lazy tongs', useful rivet head.

    The 'lazy tongs' of this product are made of inferior material. The first time I tried to use it it buckled and was useless. It never pulled a single rivet. I originally intended to return it but I had an urgent job to do. I realised the riveting head was made of good material. I therefore fitted it on a 'lazy tongs' from another riveter. In this case the rivet head worked and the job was done. Amazing that they fitted together!

    Poor quality riveter

    I ordered two of these for work however they both broke within days popping off 6.4mm rivets, they're maybe ok for 4.8mm rivets but definately not 6.4mm.

    Poor quality product

    Item broke during first 6.4mm pop rivet being placed, tool is designed and advertised for this size but the lazy tong mechanism broke at the pivot point. Poor design and materials used.
