Smaller feet recommended

It does the job well. Watch a youtube video first on the strassburg sock on how far to pull up your toes, otherwise you may pull it too tight. I need a toe separator from the pharmacists to keep my big toes straight overnight, using these socks. On other pairs, there is an insert to keep all the toes extended together at the same angle. You may look silly wearing this item but it works well by stretching the foot.
