Replacement extracting pins for novice users.
It is a great tool. If you haven't used one before then you should really watch a YouTube demonstration first, before starting. One tip, make sure the chain rivet is ground down or cut flush properly, otherwise the removal punch WILL bend and possibly break - it's what happened to me, even though it felt like the link was moving quite smoothly. I will have to take extra care next time I use it, if I remember! The same thing happened to my son's identical kit but broke inside the clamping tool, making it useless. It would help if these pins could be purchased individually. Summary: tool good, user useless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

You get what you pay. very poor quality.
Very poor quality. Although I wasn't expecting it to last more than 1 use, I was hoping it would do the job at least once... Pins vended when trying to remove chain. I had to revert to chain sword it. Then when riveting the chain the riveting pin also vended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The quality of this chain tool is absolutely terrible! It will not remove drive chain rivets even after grinding & it will not rivet your new chain, all the bits supplied with this tool are made of mild steel! & will break or bend on 1st use. problem with the small link punch
