A little goes a long way.
With so much scaremongering about the bad things that MSG can do, here's a little ray of sunshine. Like everything, use in moderation. I only use less than a teaspoonful in certain culinery receipes per week. Sometimes longer as you can use alternatives that are just as tasty as MSG. In small quantities and given longer spells without it. The chance of build up i your system is small and therefore any harmful effects is also miniminalised.
