Excellent value
Good points - excellent price, excellent delivery, slotted in perfectly and rejuvenated battery operation. Less good (for an Acer E1-570) - it's a little larger than the original so laptop lid scrapes against it when opening (potentially overstressing hinges) and back of laptop rests on battery's rubber feet potentially causing the connections to overstress (another post suggested removing these feet for the E1-570). Fits but only just
The battery is a good quality replacement, but you may discover the outer case of the battery sits proud of the laptop case compared with the original OEM battery, but the battery still fits. On certain models like the Aspire 571 you may need to remove the rubber feet on the new battery case just as a precaution to eliminate any possible stress on the battery catches, as these extra rubber feet extend beyond the rubber feet on the laptop base. All being said, the battery is certainly more than fit for purpose and fantastic value for money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
