    If you want to give up sugar get this book. I’m currently on week 5 of going sugar free after reading this and am totally convinced of the dangers of too much sugar in the diet, everything in the book makes so much sense. One of the main things I have noticed since going sugar free is that my mood is now stable after years of terrible mood swings which is one of the many side effects mentioned in the book due to over consumption of sugar! Thoroughly recommended

    I had always worked out and kept to less than 2000 calories a day but was getting fatter as I got older. After reading this book I kicked sugar with little temptation to try it again. In the 1st few weeks I lost 4kgs and still ate pizza and crisps as long as they contained no sugar. The book has great recipes and you can still eat fruit which is a natural sweetener. I look and feel so much better and can not recommend this book highly enough. Do yourself a favour and read this if you want to lose weight, look great and have a healthy body with more energy.

    Yes it was well written. yes it had all the why you shouldn't eat sugar. if this book was teaching you how not to eat sugar why was there an alternative to sugar on the menu. that to me says you don't really stop eating sugar but add an alternative instead. and that to me doesn't gel. sugar free means just that sugar free. don't add something else instead of it.
