I seriously injured my right arm a few months ago and needed something to brace the elbow upper forearm and lower bicep area. This brace is perfect and helps with using my arm doing heavy lifting and physical activities. I can tighten the two straps around my upper forearm and lower bicep and it really helps allowing me to use my arm to do anything I need to do. Bruised my arm!!!
I bought this for my elbow as I suffer with tennis elbow. I have worn this for two eight hour shifts at work, but I have to say, it's not comfortable to wear at all, and after removing it, I have awful bruising in the crook of my arm. Awful. neoprene wrap for your elbow
I occasionally use this to shield my damaged elbow from rubbing or knocks i I am about to do some manual work. If you wear it tight then it makes your lower arm feel uncomfortable with the high venous and lymphatic pressure and I cannot see how it could really provide useful bracing or support for the joint. Could do with better instructions
Been using this for the past couple of weeks to help my sore elbow. It's a good fit and comfortable, but there was no real instructions with it. So it's a bit of trial and error before you get the hang of what works. There's a set of second elastic straps that I didn't even realise were built in for a few days, instructions would have made this more obvious as to how to use these. Tennis elbow this really helps

Real help
