Makes making booze seem easy
I liked this because it's not too large physically, which means you feel comfortable reading it when curled up on the sofa, it also as a nice chatty style with a few reminiscences along with guidance. It covers infusions as well as wine, cider and beer making and has some traditional and some more unusual recipes in all sections. I found the section introductions useful too.
