    Proper cooking easy to follow instructions

    I purchased it as a gift, then purchased it again as more presents for people. Easy to follow recipes, in English, the dish is in French with an English translation. There are footnotes. The word hint, Footnote is in French, designed to make the chef look like a linguist all the instructions are in English! The books are in perfect condition.
