Laudable and Massive achievement by the author
I was looking for a comprehensive account of this almost firgorptten campaign. Most books I have read on this subject are brief and lack detail. Before I ordered I thought perhaps it was a bit overpriced but on reading reviews decided to invest the considerable amount required to purchase. I was surprised and impressed with the book. Larger than usual hard back format, high quality paper, well laid out, highly detailed and copiously illustrated this is obviously a work of passion from the author. I believe this is the definitive account of Operation Dragoon. Highly recommended fir anyone with an interest in the lesser known campaigns of WW2.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
