I never tire of Sharon Boltons books and this is "Lacey Flint" no.3. A superb set of books! Following Lacey's horrifying experiences in the previous book, she is currently on sick leave and is receiving treatment from a therapist. However Lacey, being Lacey can never stay out of trouble for long! Feeling anxious about a spate of missing 10 year old boys, she decides to keep an eye on Barney, the boy who lives next door and seems to spend a lot of time on his own, while his father regularly leads a secret life! The book will have you feeling positive about who the culprit is and then you will feel sure that it is somebody else and thats just what Ms Bolton is so good at. This book keeps you on the edge of your seat, has the ususal twists and turns and has you wishing even more for a big romantic finale between Lacey and the gorgeous and secretive Mark Joesbury!Read full review
