  • Most of the recipes in various shapes and form have been printed before

For the number of pages I presumed there would have been more interesting recipes given the caliber and all the accolades this chef has acquired. Most of the recipes can be seen in other books from the likes of Good Housekeeping and such. Does the world need another recipe for hollandaise sauce? There are a few nuggets of interesting recipes mostly for his flavour combinations but rest of the book has page after page filled with recipes I have already. Not very well executed or thought out given what he charges for a meal. Good thing I paid less than a fiver for this book.
