This book is great if you're new to running your own small business. You can keep a good track of everything in it. Everything is well laid out, so it's easy to find specific transactions. It just makes doing your accounts easy. There's no worrying about laying out tables and details correctly, it's all done for you already, you just fill in the blanks relevant to your business transactions each week. It's not completely universal to any business - my business is providing services to clients, rather than selling items, so I've had to tweak where I enter certain details.
