Makes a very nice compost, light to handle unlit soaked and easy to store until used. Peat free so environmentally better, very important for me. Delivered in very good time during Covid-19 period, another big plus. I have yet to grow anything for a sustained period in it and the surface of the compost does dry more quickly than other peat free products I have tried or I would have given it 5 stars

Easy to use and once hydrated I mix it with peat free compost, topsoil and horse manure to prepare beds and tubs for the season. It helps to retain much needed moisture and also reduces need for so much additional watering in drier times. Tubs and pots tend to dry out more quickly in hot weather and the addition of coir does seems to maintain a level of damp for the plants and summer bulbs. Saving on time watering with precious water is also a plus.

These bricks are so convenient. In my small garden shed it is good to have something that can be stacked tidily instead of having yet another plastic sack to lug about and trip over. The stuff is good quality and it's easy to prise off just as much as I need at a time.

Great way to get peat free compost during a lockdown - light and easy to convert. Just be aware this is great for seedlings but for established plants you would need to add some nutrients.
