I'm impressed with this product. I tried it because of reading what the ingredients are and what they do. I have lost a little weight since I started taking it, but that is without changing anything in my diet, exercise, etc., which makes me think it is helping a little. This product caused severe painful stomach cramping & terrible diarrhea. It was effective in flushing food through my system, but not worth the discomfort, gas, and time spent getting back to normal. Do not recommend this for anyone with a sensitive system. It's healthier to just drink a lot more water! After taking 4 of these pills sporadically, I was done.
