Replaced Like Model
It took a little time to get the installation completed; but, it was well worth it. Works just like the one we lost due to some strange print head failure. We were afraid we would need a startup cartridge; but new cartridges worked okay. Once we got all the drivers loaded again; we were printing normally and the unit has performed flawlessly since installation. We use only genuine HP original ink cartridges. The other one failed with a reloaded Black Ink XL installed and we wonder if that was the cause???? Getting help from HP was a joke. Of course the unit was out of warranty, and no information on the web seemed to document our exact problem. Replacing the print head appeared to be a highly technical job, so the decision to replace rather than repair was easy. We are very happy we did.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

The workhorse of Printers
This style HP printer is the best one I've had so far ... easy to set up (wireless friendly) ... able to print in Black only, to save of colored ink ...
