I owned the machine for exactly 42 days put exactly 63 pages and no more than 3 pages A4 size at any one time through it on the 42nd day I tried to put a single envelope through it it made a flash load inside for a split second and then a smell of burning and stopped working I would not recommend this machine to my worst enemy I am now going to a proper retailer and purchasing a brand new oneVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Extremely pleased with this shredder. It takes up a lot of space compared to our last one but it can shred a lot more in one go and holds much more shredded paper.
