I bought the watch for my daughter's graduation and this is the reason we have waited tell now to get with someone about the watch. so we go to the jewelery store to have some links removed and we are told they can not do it due to some issue with links and that i need to take it to repair shop. repair shop tells me it was missing something ( I can't recall what he said) but i needed to just return the watch and get me new one because there was nothing anyone could do for us in removing any links? Can we get a replacement watch sent as soon as i send this one back? i did not get a return receipt so i suuppose i will need to pay for it in whick i do not mind but i want to make sure i can do this before I return it. other than not being able to getting it adjusted to her wrist (small wrist) she loved it. thank you so much.Read full review
