    Great, my pussy loves it

My little pussy just loves it, But had to remove the front opening completely. She does not like it where she cannot see all around and can easily enter or exit quickly if needed. Should be made from a clear plastic would be better and larger opening. Otherwise great product. Easy to assemble, sturdy. I installed a heating pad add blanket. Pussy loves it.

    ecoFlex outdoor feral cat house

Easy to assemble but the clear plastic door panels fall off almost immediately. When the cats went into the house then exited, the adhesive gives way and the door panels fall off. I had to use Duct Tape to hold the panels in place. Also it would be great if there was only one door as the 2 doors only add to the possibility of poor thermal retention. Lastly, the walls should be insulated even if the cost was higher. I feel in winter I will have to glue panels to better insulate the walls. Suggest , 1) better adhesive or some mechanical screw to adhere the panel to the box, 2) add insulation to the walls or use double walled plastic with inter-foam insulation. Otherwise, it is better than nothing for these poor abandoned cats in my neighborhood. Any suggestions, send parts or panels to me at my address. Regards, Don Deutsch

  • A great little house!

I have a stray cat that has lived in my backyard for many years. I have tried to make her a house to protect her from the cold weather, but they are not leak proof or warm and eventually fall apart. I ran across this cat shelter on Google, and decided to give it a try. It was easy to put together, and is very sturdy and heavy enough that it's not going anywhere in a stiff wind. In Texas we have straight line winds up to 100 miles an hour and so far this cat house has held up well. I was skeptical as to whether the cat would even enter the house, but she slept in it on day one. I put a piece of carpet in the bottom of the house to give her a little cushion and warmth. I'm very happy with this cat house and so is the cat.

  • Easy assembly, solid product.

Super easy to put together (I’m not mechanically inclined, simply followed the instructions) and seems like a solid product. The extra door is a must for outdoor cats so they don’t get trapped by a predator so this product fits the bill for my outdoor cats. Also easy to hose off and keep clean.

  • Not for winter.

Neat little house. It was easy to assemble, no tools needed. Only catch is it is not suitable for Chicago winter unless extra insulation is added. Rest of year okay. Bonus with two flaps.

  • Great Value

Well made and very sturdy. I ended up leaving the clear flaps off because I thought this would deter cats. Used the very first night I put it outside! Just need to bed with straw or something else warm.
