A brilliant Laptop.
This is a great replacement for the Toshiba Laptop that I had. I find it very quick even though I don't have fibre. It has a lovely clear display and I find it easy on the eye to look at. Great value
The only obvious signs that the laptop was not brand new was a feint 3 inch scratch on the outside of the lid. Inside looks new. Be aware that it does take some time to perform all the software updates that are necessary to bring it up to all the latest releases. It took me about 5 or 6 hours to complete the setup but it will probably be the same for brand new items as the Windows software is always being updated. Once set up the laptop has performed brilliantly for the simple use for which I bought it ie. internet browsing, internet banking, on-line shopping, emails, word processing, excel spreadsheets and the storage of photos which I copied across from my old laptop via an external storage device. I've bought refurbished items before (eg. a digital SLR camera) and so far I've not been disappointed. Broken keyboard
