Great value for money and maintain correct positioning when working out
So I have an issue with holding my feet down when doing sit ups. This has greatly helped me maintain my position with my feet firmly down. There has been no damage to the door as the padding gives it a protection. No scratches or movement when using. The foot bar is adjustable so for smaller feet or large feet. I believe it will fit even the biggest feet. I use this everyday and am trying to build strength on my feet. Meanwhile I will continue to use this. Also seems like it will fit all types of doors.

This is a well made piece of equipment. My only gripe is that the wing nut that locks in place the crossbar to hold your feet in place works loose just a little too easily.
