This was the first time using Astroglide Personal Lubricant Gel, after years of using other Astroglide Lubricants. I had much more control of dispensing the Gel than any other type. I'm not really crazy about the gel form. At least for me it has to be reapplied a lot faster, but since it's water base I add a little water to thin it. I use it for the slides on my Chromatic harmonicas as well as other applications where a greaseless/water soluable lubricant is called for. It washes right out with water. Pretty cool! Slick lube that stays where you put it
I don't have a lot of experience with gel lubricants, but I do like this more than liquids because it stays where you put it and provides excellent lubricity.
