Performed exactly as promised. Saved by very expensive printer from the scrap heap.
My Epson printer does not get used often as its function is that of printing the occasional large scale photo's of up to size A3+. As a consequence of irregular use one of the ink jets had become blocked, presumably with dried up ink. Fearing the printer was done for I bought this head cleaning kit, and to my utter relief and amazement it did the job. This very expensive piece of equipment is now back to full working order. I am so glad I found this product, which has saved my printer from premature death!

Well worth trying
Wasn't sure if this product would do the job for me, but at the price I thought it was worth trying. I had done some research on U-tube so was armed with some idea what was required. I had been having problems for quite a few months after not having used my printer as regularly as I used to. It took me four attempts at cleaning the printer head and I did warm the product for the third and fourth attempt. I am very pleased to say that this helped and the printer head was cleaned and is now printing without the problems I had been experiencing. Whilst the instructions that came with the product explained how to use the cleaner, I would recommend watching a video to give you more confidence if you are using the cleaner for the first time.

Great product, great results
After over a year in storage the printer was clogged up and not printing. A few washes out with this and it's printing like new. Though the kit comes with blotting paper, I'd recommend using kitchen roll for really clogged printers as there will be a lot of ink to be cleaned away. Plus, use the supplied gloves, it can get messy.
