Quantum Throttle great value
This is a very smooth and sturdy fishing reel. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I bought the next size smaller last year and love it. Very well built for the price.

Only one flaw that I noticed, otherwise a nice reel.
Reel seems nice except I was disappointed on how the design is now on the way the handle attaches. I always require continuous anti-reverse which is why I have used Quantum reels ever since they came out with the hypercast but the handle on this one can unscrew and become loose if you push back towards reverse. I don't recall that possibility on the older anti-reverse Quantum reels.
