Legacy Flex-Foam is a lightweight, sew-in stabiliser consisting of a layer of foam sandwiched between two layers of soft fabric. Type - Sew In Foam (compresses for sewing very well - easy to quilt - dual-feed sewing foot is helpful, but I have sewn it without).
