Lovely machine
Wow!!! The drinks are hot( like a kettle hot), it’s easy to use, and I’ve used different sized mugs, just to see if it recognises the weight of the cups .... and yes it does!! The only issue I have is Nescafé don’t do hot chocolate drink pods. The choca chinos are nice but not hot choc., ....other than that I really recommend the Nescafé Eclipse. very disappointed with this eclipse machine; the coffee machine sounds that is working and that water is about to come, however, what comes out is just some drops of water all over the place making a mess all around the mug; not serving even 1/4 of the mug with coffee. i already read the instructions and watched videos on YouTube thinking that i was doing something wrong but not, this machine is not working properly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

If you like me like a decent cup of coffee or chocolate then Nestle’s Dulce pods are for you. Again, if you like your gadgets then once again, this is for you. Once again if you like something that looks out of the ordinary, then buy this machine. I have only found one bad point, the instruction manual doesn't tell you to remove the pod when you want to close the unit, otherwise, it keeps re-opening.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
