the product is a 5 star the way it was shipped half star
the product itself is great. The shipping is horrifying . granted the cost of shipping is in the price.. But the item is not in a box, or wrapped in plastic. They just throw a shipping label on this metal painted crossmember and hope it gets to you is nuts. And the first one didn't. When i notified them that UPS had lost it , i got .. " thats the 2nd one this week ". They were good about getting a second one shipped out after waiting for UPS to find it, and couldnt .. but for what they are charging, it should have been protected from scraps, dings and little dents.. it wasnt .and when ii asked about this, they told me "what does it matter, it goes under the car where no one sees it", i live in new england bear metal rusts quickly . what you see in the picture is how it arrives .. with a shipping label on it.. that seems to fall off .. and UPS spends its time throwing it around.. now in all fairness the part fit perfectly. i did have to repaint it ..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
