My son recommended I buy this. I try to take it every day, as vit D is important; but, I have no way of telling at the moment how beneficial it is for me. A great brand for high D3 iu and delivery. Highly recommended.
I have bought this brand of Vit D3 for several years because at 4.000 iu it has a much higher dose of D3 than the majority of other brands - so would cost a lot more to take several doses of other brands to equal this. I also prefer to heed natural health advice that 1,000 RDA is too low whether deficient or not. It is also nice and easy to take. It is now recognised that when taking D3 it is important to supplement it with K2 to prevent the calcium which D3 looks after from settling in the wrong places i.e. soft tissue, arteries etc so please readers take note.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A good product ...
I find this a very convenient way to top up my Vitamin D, a test recently found that I was deficient. It tastes of olive oil but this dissipates quickly when taken with food; and preferable to most other drops which are often strongly minted. I have found the advice of a previous reviewer very helpful and just lightly shake two drops into the palm of my hand, and take it from there, as this is more controllable. No hidden nasties just a great product
I take 2 drops on a teaspoon per day. It's in olive oil (I like the taste but you can take with food if you don't). Olive oil = no nasty bulking agents like calcium (bad for you), or cellulose (sawdust).
