Clumped up!
I tested this product on my arm and I loved the way it glided on plus the white was pretty. Unfortunately when I tried putting it on my wate line it was clumpy i liked awful. I was so disappointed. I don't know if it was me, or the product that seems to happen with a lot of waterproof products, maybe it's old I don't know. I won't be purchasing this particular nyx liner again.
