Great supplement for good health!
Flax seed is all natural and the omega 3 it contains is very important for good health. This product contains a good amount of omega 3, it has a good flavor and texture, and it blends well with other healthy foods like oatmeal, yogurt, and peanut butter.

Excellent product!
As a low carb person, I've used Bob's Red Mill Golden Flaxmeal for many years in baked foods, pancakes etc. Golden flaxmeal is much more flavorful than the brown. Excellent quality. Best to keep opened package in the freezer Ali it doesn't get rancid.

Terrable taste!
I suspect that the flax meal tastes exactly like flax meal. Unfortunately I think the flax seed meal taste is really bad. I'm not even sure I'd recommend it for hog feed.
