Quality tools
I bought this to replace one I broke through my own misuse/stupidity. It is part of a set, so I wanted the identical item. This is slightly different, but only cosmetically. If anything, it fits your hand better than the V.1. It certainly has the same smooth action, rugged construction and quality feel of the original. I have always thought these were the best ratchet spanners on the market and still do.

Awesome wrenches
Everything about these wrenches exemplifies quality. I see why Proto doesn't want these sold in the US. They are far better than the Proto spline drive and standard reversible ratchet wrenches. Smooth ratcheting. Beautiful matte chrome finish. Positive direction lever. They fit the fastener well and the stop ring function works great. I am extremely pleased.
