    Uncomfortable

    I purchased this item as I was always scared of sleeping on my back throughout my pregnancy. However I found the pillow very restrictive and uncomfortable and not pleasant for a growing stomach, there wasn't an awful lot of room in between the front and back pillows. Sorry but wouldn't recommend this product and ended up purchasing a u shaped pillow.
