This is my husbands favorite jam. Through no fault of Braden’s Finds the order got lost. Braden’s Finds tracked the order down. When it finally arrived a number of the jars were broken. Again this wasn’t Braden’s Finds fault. The package was carefully packed. Braden’s Finds was more than apologetic and quick to send out replacement jars. Braden’s Finds went over and above. I would have no hesitation ordering from him again. The customer service is excellent
