Don't buy as I want these all to myself :)
I figured out that Diphenhydramine is the most important ingredient in any sleep aid and this ad presented itself when I conducted a google search. At 50mg per capsule and 200 ct total this is an amazing deal for a sleep aid. I have horrible insomnia at times and when the insomnia is really bad I take up to 4 of these and I sleep well. Banophen=Benedryl
Banophen is a good benedryl. I buy it because it has less corn in it than Benedryl. Banophen has citric acid (which is made from corn) at the end of the ingredients, where benedryl has corn starch at the top, which means it has a LOT of corn. The further down the ingredients, less is used. I have to take benedryl on a daily basis and corn is just one of my allergic reactions to food. (I am also allergic to wheat, rice, all antibiotics, all chemicals and city water.) So you can see the reason I live on it. Banophen is my life saver.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great as an anti-anxiety relief too!
