Great Christmas present.

Wind spinner.
After quite a bit of work by my husband I am glad to say that this is up and running. However it was rather battered and we had to add other bolts to it to put it together. This is not good quality and I would rather have paid a bit more for this to get it more substantial. Had I bought this from a shop, I would have returned as rather poor. As I say though now with some time and effort put in by my husband he has got it standing and spinning. Good Value For Money
I wasn't sure about it at first, I couldn't find a suitable spot in the garden where it looked nice plus it needed to be placed to catch the wind & spin. Although I liked it my husband thought it was a bit tacky with the coloured jems but I persevered & found a dark corner in the garden where the wind spinner looked great. The solar ball in the middle lights up at night & it does spin in stronger winds, I've had good comments from my friends who have seen it in my garden. Easy to put together and looks great in the garden, needs to be in the right spot to catch the wind. Attractive and well made. It doesn't do what we hoped in that we expected the two sides to revolve in opposing directions. This happens very half heartedly. Great addition to the garden
This is the second wind spinner I have bought. I have a very small garden that runs along the wall separating our terrace house. The wind spinners give such great pleasure. During the daytime it’s enjoyable watching them catch the breeze but they come into their own once the sun goes down. Really well made bearings on the. Spinners so making a very smooth and positive operation. Spinners have to be set up correctly so they operate correctly cups have to be opposite to each other otherwise they will not spin in different directions.
