I have spent 25 years dealing in Swiss made machinery and tools. While this item isn't of Swiss quality, for the price it is very well made. The equivalent product from Switzerland would be twenty times the price but would not be twenty times better at doing the job it is intended to do. It opened the back of my Seiko gent's watch with 2/3 of the prongs in place. The third was not in the right position to engage the cut outs on the watch back. Also, the prongs are held in the wrench with spring clips. One of those had to be rotated with needle pliers because the prong just fell out each time I tried to use the wrench.
