Great knife, but very lousy unusable sheath
This knife is awesome, most likely it is the best hunting knife on the market today. Unfortunately Cold Steel keep selling their Secure Ex plastic sheath that contains some component (glass fiber of some sort) that dulls your knife. This is very old and very well known issues with Cold Steel, reported million times already tracing many years back. Cold Steel just refuses to admit the problem, most likely because they will have to either recall millions of knives, or offer a different sheaths or compensation of some sort... Anyway, if you decide to buy this knife (which I highly recommend), you will need to also unavoidably buy leather or kydex sheath for it, keep this in mind.

Another outstanding value in a no-nonsense knife from Cold Steel
This is a knife I have had my eye on for a long time. As a knife collector for many years, this is already a top fixed blade. Great knife, even better value.

Probably the best version of the Master Hunter to date
Besides the lousy sheath, this is the best version of the master hunter. Best steel, best fit and finish, best grinds and a nice distal taper.
