Got back into modeling after 20 years but didn't want to go back to aircraft/armor. Then wondered if anyone was doing zombie/apocalypse dioramas and was surprised to find so many via YT and Google. However, there's a SERIOUS lack of figures I could use for modern day settings, but these figures fit the bill exactly as survivors. There are no pins to fit in holes when assembling parts, so be careful. The heads are separate and what I call half heads, just like military figures....where you put a helmet on, on these figures, you have FOUR different types of hats/caps. Because of this, I'm looking at using a piece of sprue or tubing in the hat to make a silicone mold so I can make resin copies of the hats to use on other figures. Modifying military figures is a pita but with being able to use hats instead of helmets will be something different. The red hat guy is using a stick to point at something on the ground, but I'll cut it down so he's got a cigarette. You also have FOUR different age groups which is really nice. I have 4 of these kits, they're going to be so valuable for my dioramas. I recommend this kit, along with some of the Master Box kits titled The Skull Clan which have women in them.
