This style of connector makes a gas change so easy, especially when you run out of it in the middle of the night as no fumbling around for the spanner. Our caravan came with one and it was time to change as apparently it needs doing every 5 years. This particular one was dated 2018 so not sure if that is from manufacture or fitting, we will go for the latter. A good buy, wouldn’t go back to the old sort.

I bought it to update a gas leak at the gas bottle. The old model had a metal / metal seal and needed a spanner. This update has a (changeable) rubber seal to metal. No spanner required and sealed with minimum effort. (Checked with gas leak aerosol).I gave it 4 stars because it is very good. The category for 5 stars is 'amazing'.
