Get the master control unit,be patient and experiment, and you will love these engines
I love sound in DC operation and this is a great way to get it. You need to be patient, add the master control unit which DC users need to change CV's and adjust minimum and maximum start values plus some others values is a must have. After some trial and error these engines are awesome in both operation and sound. Only wish the master control unit byBLI had more or greater instruction with regard to use in DC operation. I never can find forums on the master control unit. I do find some negative comments on BLI service but personally have had no experience with them. In summary if you love your DC operation these engines with their sound add a whole new dimension to your enjoyment of n gauge model railroading.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
