just like a conditioner...
this product says to use after shampooing, to leave in a few mins, then rinse out, but i've found it also works like a styling product that i leave in before using my hairdryer and other heat products. the product does improve my hair, even though i don't follow the directions given. i also don't need to use too much, as a little does go a long way, even on my long hair (down past my hips). i spray it a small amount onto my hair, brush through, then dry and style my hair as normal with no issues at all... i do still have the odd split end, but the frizz is completely gone...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
