This is the only drain unblocker that works
I have tried the HG unblocker and another drain unblocker that is only available from hardware stores. I have also used the supermarket 'Mr Muscle' type unblockers. I won’t buy it again
This didn't really work for me. A bathroom sink draining very slowly. This unlocked is quite ‘thin’, it’s not a thick, viscous liquid. I poured in the whole bottle, this liquid drained through without making any noticeable difference to the blockage. I subsequently bought a small bottle of a thick unblocker from a local supermarket which worked much better. This may work better with a complete blockage or perhaps standing water, but I wouldn’t recommend this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The first 300 mil didn’t work but the second lot it told me to leave in the sink over night with warm water had moved the blockage in 4 hours . Took a couple of goes but then in the past so have products that were double the price. I did the 30 minute thing but that didn't work for me, so I did it overnight and flushed with hot water which did the trick. Okay for unblocking showers plug holes

Plughole on the go slow.
As with all HG products they have the uncanny knack of doing exactly what they say they are for. This cleaning solution worked first time, no requirement to re-do. Just by following the instructions a perfect result was seen. My shower outlet had been draining very slow, on examination the shower trap was not a vertical variation but water went sideways, up and over and finally down to the soil pipe. So basically to clean and unblock the cleaning fluid had to be able to follow this route but be thick enough to move slowly enough to let it's chemicals work. Bingo job done in approx 10 mins, the shower water leaves instantly down the plug hole. Happy days !!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
