Replacement after 7 years for a similar Bosch Hedge Trimmer
I was happy with my previous electric cord BOSCH hedge trimmer however I ordered a replacement when it stopped suddenly and started smoking from the electric motor. Had lasted 7 years so it may well be as a result of a hard life. The new replacement which I received within 3 days as an Argos pick and collect is smoother and quieter. Slightly shorter in length. I do not spend more than 20 minutes with this lethal weapon as tiredness can cause a lot of damage. My previous hedge trimmer suffered a slice to the electrical cord and I had to install an inline electrical connector. This proved an ideal safety solution in the event of a snag the lead would easily disconnect and lose power to the hedge trimmer. If I look after it ( Keep indoors during winter months there should be no corrosion products inside) and I am expecting seven years of use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
