Great machine if you just remember it's limitations
After reading several reviews about this machine I took the plunge. Yes, the knobs on the handle can come loose, but it's a simple matter to check them every so often. I also found it helped by wrapping some duck tape around them. I don't consider it a big deal. There were also a couple of comments regarding the sturdiness of the switch housing. So far I have had no indication of any problem, but again, if I do I'm sure another round of duck tape will suffice. The key is to remember that this is a lightweight machine and is not designed for heavy work. With that in mind I find it totally adequate for my needs constructing the occasional patio and paths. Just one gripe for me. This machine does not work backwards. It dig sin if you try it. You need to lift the back of the machine and drag it back. I feel sure this could have been addressed if Evolution had simply provided as much curvature on the back of the base plate as there is on the front. As it is though, it's a thoroughly reliable machine as long as you remember it's limitations. I would certainly recommend it. Worth every penny.
