  • Best bang for the buck for FFP scope.

Probably one of the best scope buys available today. First focal plain and marked reticle make hold over quick and easy on any power. If you like turning the dial all the time over holding over this scope does not have a zero stop.

  • Excellent long range scope

For the money, you can’t beat this Vortex scope. Crystal clear, waterproof and shock resistant. First focal plane MOA reticle. Great eye relief. Lighter than some competitors. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase.

  • Great scope for bright conditions

Don’t plan on being able to easily obtain a proper sight picture on game in low light conditions with this reticle. It’s great when it’s bright, but far too narrow to see at Dawn/dusk. 200+yard day targets is where the fine reticle shines.

  • Brand new Vortex 6-24x50 Diamondback tactical rifle scope

Just what I was looking for lens are clear, easy to adjust mount it on my tikka

  • Good scope for the price.

This not a $1,000.00 rifle scope. For the price it provides good optics and is great for ranges to about 1000 yards. Can it work at longer ranges, yes, but it best use is for 1000 yards and less. The adjustments for the focus and distance are stiff but that is good and bad. The elevation and wind adjustments could be better. They can be a little off of the alignment line. Best to count the clicks when making changes. Overall it is a great scope for the price and would recommend it for those wanting to put together a budget or mid priced rifle.

  • Very Good Scope!!

Can’t believe what I’ve been missing! Granted I usually don’t buy scopes much over a 100 bucks until this one. But it’s well worth the price. I’ve used it early morning and light fog and I could see into the woods probably 20 yards looking across a 250-300 yard field. It would have probably went further into the woods but the woods got denser. And Clear once I adjusted the retical I could have taken a shot if needed. Very crisp way better than I had been using..

  • Great scope for the money

I love this scope. Its crystal clear even at high magnification. easy to use and clear even at 1000 yrds. I have one on my wifes 223 and on both my 243s and my 308. I have the Viper PST that i bought first and kinda wish I had saved my money and bought one of these.

  • Ultimate long range Scope

The Front Focal plain is great it allows range estimation at all magnifications not just the highest power and on a second focal plain scopes the cross hairs can be to large at low power to see smaller or precise aiming points this scope allows for more precise aiming at low power. If you know the height of a target you can estimate range using the formula with the reticle.

  • Good value in a FFP

This is my third, love this model. Just wish the zoom adjustment was a little looser, it takes time to become easy to adjust.

  • Good scope.

Vortex makes a good scope for the money. I like the first focal plane for certain applications. I'd rather have a plain MOA reticle but this will work, it's not too cluttered. Only 65 MOA elevation but with a 20 MOA rail it will do what I need. The price was right and bonus rings and hat sealed the deal.
