More power than cordless!
Very powerful compared to the cordless I had been using. Cord length long so this not as yet a problem. Quite manouverable but can be a bit fiddly to swap from upright mode to carry free. Heavier than I expected but as yet this not a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

sucks up dust really well
Good points: Sucks up dust really well. If you stop moving the brush stops rotating. Easy to detach the dust container. Less good points: To use it you have to hold the 'head' with your foot while bending over to press a button at the bottom of the hoover. The vacuum is fairly quiet, but the brush motor has a horrible loud 'grating' noise. It is too fiddley to reconfigure for cleaning stairs etc. The hose sticking out the back is too bulky. The additional tools just fall off the holding brackets. It is quite heavy to manoeuvre. The rubber blade on the front keeps sliding out (needs a spot of glue) NB. Good but needs a roller redesign
Only used this once. Never had a vacuum with a brush roller before. It could do with a redesigned roller as it gets badly wrapped with hair from the carpet. I had to dismantle the roller twice on first use to cut the hair away. This could be because my previous vacuum was inefficient. Otherwise I really pleased so far as apart from the hair issue it seems a great vacuum.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
