Not bad
Not a bad product; however I would suggest just buy wax on its own and use cotton buds like the barbers do. Watch youtube tutorials how. As mentioned in other reviews the plastic dish melt; within 20seconds in my microwave. I burnt outside of one nostril because I heated the wax far too much so be careful.

Uncomfortable
The plastic sticks you put the wax on are hard and a weird shape, you can’t get enough wax on them and they barely go in the nose and can’t get them in the ear too. Since tried a different one using cotton bud and works 100% better.
