Help for nervous rescue dog
I ordered this on the advice of a charity dog rescue service for my recently arrived 9 year old rescue from Cyprus who as never lived in a house was very nervous of everything new. After 7 weeks of having her I have had the DAP for a couple of weeks. Have a calm dog

Its either Amazing or my dog is just settiling
New dog, 6 year old Cocker, told he howls when you leave him, which he did for three hours. Been using the diffuser on permanently and with the aid of smooth radio and a chew he happily stays in his bed whole time I'm out! Before (we have a camera) he would bark a lot, then pass constantly, looking at door. He even now sleeps downstairs with our other dog, and stays in his bed all night! Picture with two dogs shows him waiting by door, I put his bed close to door and that wouldn't settle him, even the other dog tried to sit with him and calm him. Other picture shows how he now is happy in his bed when I'm out and not whining,howling,pacing...

Works well for our two dogs.
One of our dogs is a very nervous teacup Yorkie, and he definitely has a more laid back approach an hour after plugging Adaptil into the socket.Although he still gets upset from firework explosions he is easier to calm down because of the Adaptil. I feel value is good if you get the plug with it, but like all things value for anything these days has taken a hard hit with only a small number of items worth the money. I read once you should change the plug unit regularly however I for value’s sake buy both units every other year. They do run quite warm when left in all day and night so must wear out the “electric parts” in time. Worked well for my dog.
My dog Rex is a rescue dog. He was very badly treated and when he came to us he was a nervous wreck especially with people coming to our house. We have had him 15 months and although he had improved a little he was still very unsettled running round peoples legs when the came in almost tripping them up. On a couple of occasions giving a little nip on the back on the back of the legs. We found the adaptil very useful. Rex is more settled and will now even go to people and sometimes lay by them to be stroked. This is a big improvement and I will continue to use it. Did not work for our dog
I bought this product because our dog is nervous and as bonfire night was approaching i wanted to try to calm him down. I found no difference at all with our dogs behaviour while using this product.
