A little disappointing!
I wanted to re-live my childhood as remember my grandmother had these on her doors in summer and I was fascinated! Anyway the material is so thin that when hung, large gaps appear that any mosquitoes and flies could easily get through. Not the same as the ones in the "olden" days. However I do love the sound they make in the breeze. Will be buying another to go over the top, hopefully that will work.

Not as Good as I Hoped, but Better than Nothing
It is better than nothing, and is keeping more flies out than it is letting in, BUT, I am glad I purchased two as I have hung them together just to offer a bit more coverage for the doorway. The strands are very lightweight (not like the plastic fly strip curtain of 'yester year'), so blow about very easily in the slightest wind, and this morning when both my dogs came through the doorway together, they got tangled up with the strips. Luckily I was there or they would have pulled the whole thing apart.

light weight easy to put up

Lightweight and OKish
Had to saw a section off to fit my door, cheap and cheerful, it does help keep flies out, but a drop of rain and the strips all stick together, leaving huge gaps for beasties to get in. A breath of wind and they blow up in the air leaving the doorway open to pests. Worth paying a little extra for heavy duty makes. This will do for now.

Do not waste your money
This is possibly the worst purchase I’ve ever made, photos do not show the extremely poor quality of this product, hoping to have an item with some weight to it this has none, it just blows away in the slightest of breezes, older items were much thicker, I did actually measure the thickness with my vernier gauge and each strip was 0.11 of a millimetre that’s about the same thickness as a black bin liner, do not waste your money

NOT heavy duty!
This strip blind is not heavy duty. It is thin & wispy. I have a heavy duty one that has been up for several years. I wanted another. This isn't it. I bought one last year exactly the same as this from another seller for half the price. It tangles up at the slightest breeze and does not do the job it's meant to, ie keep flying things out!
