Cost effective rep;acement.
Effective replacement for my previous K2 which failed when the pump gave up and spewed oil. So I only needed the pressure unit and not all the guns, lances and hoses - this was a cost effective (£60 versus £104) way of achieving that - except it wasn't clear that this particular one had the new quick fit pressure hose connector. As a result I had to spend another £20.00 on a converter, half of which I didn't need. However, in the end still £25 cheaper than buying a new one!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Downgraded spec from previous model
Smaller, thinner, lighter duty hose than on the previous model of this number. Model generally has been downgraded but still one of the cheaper branded jet washers on the market, though whether it will prove to be reliable, it's too early to say. Shame they've changed all the fittings recently too so I can't use my old much better quality hose as it won't attach, otherwise I'd have been able to replace just the main unit and save myself £30 or so. I've given it a "yes" for good value (they don't give you a "maybe" option) but really it's only a "yes" if the product is as robust as the last version. I've given it a "yes" for recommendation only assuming it will continue to work as well as my old Karcher. Time will tell.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent bit of kit
Previously owned a Karcher K2 for around 8 years. Used it many times - absolutely brilliant for those DIY jobs at home: car, patio, decking, etc. I think I just "wore it out" with use, as it stopped working one day. Looked on line for a replacement or a repair. Repair cost was not an economic option. Refurbished Karchers were an option but not cost effective, as there was little cost saving compared to a new unit. Other makes/brands were considered (many were cheaper) but I thought it better to stay "with the devil you know". Anyway, only used new one once so far and, as expected, performs extremely well. good product but no use if I cannot use it

Great washer at good price
The washer came well packet and fully operational with a few marks of previous use (expected from grade C). The washer is incredibly powerful - even more powerful, than a professional pressure washer at Shell gas station which I use to wash my car. It was perfectly able to detach cement droppings from a new brick wall and clean some very old garden tiles to uncover their unexpected original colour.
